I have 10 years of experience in psychology, philosophy and care. I work pluralistically, meaning for me (and you), there is no single approach to working one on one. I integrate different parts of my experience and training to facilitate what is most useful and meaningful to you.
My approach is laid back, candid, collaborative and consent driven. I offer a non-judgemental space for you to come exactly as you are and be met with compassion, understanding and care. To me, therapy is about working together to understand yourself, and find ways to navigate challenges. I am trauma-informed, neurodivergent and queer friendly and I work hard to create a space that is safe, open, honest and conscientious.
