In need of some clarity?

I offer therapeutic coaching sessions to provide gentle guidance, helping you to reach your goals and live life the way you want to. Whether it’s identifying goals, thinking about values and beliefs, changes to work and socialising, we can work together to find clarity and . This is a more subtle approach than traditional life coaching, instead looking together at what obstacles you may face and why, and what changes you’d like to make.

While therapy may focus more on processing trauma or patterns of behaviour, coaching is a space for you to take steps towards and celebrate action in your life, with someone (me) in your corner along the way. This works closer to solution focused therapy, with clear goal setting and working to identify blocks, than traditional coaching.
