In need of some clarity?
I offer therapeutic coaching session to offer gentle guidance to help you live your life the way you want to. Whether it’s considering goals, thinking about values and beliefs, work and socialising, we can work together to get there. This is a more subtle approach than traditional life coaching, instead looking together at what obstacles you may face and why and what changes you’d like to make.
While therapy may focus more on processing trauma or patterns of behaviour, coaching is a space for you to take steps towards and celebrate action in your life, with someone (me) in your corner along the way.
